We’re looking for a Retail Sales Trainee to join our team and represent our clients’ products and services in a retail environment. This is a customer-facing position focused on creating positive customer experiences, providing product information, and supporting sales.
No previous sales experience is required. Paid training is provided to help you build your product knowledge, communication, and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Engage directly with customers in a retail setting
- Learn about and explain products, services, and promotions
- Ask questions to understand customer needs
- Recommend products and services based on customer needs
- Assist customers throughout the sales process
- Provide professional and helpful customer service
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate product and promotional information
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
