What You’ll Do

- Administer vaccines and properly scan/document inventory
- Process referrals, labs, refill requests, and prior authorizations
- Use Weave for patient reminders, follow-ups, and communication
- Monitor task backlogs and complete CRM items timely
- Maintain exam room cleanliness and supply stock
- Support front office workflow when needed
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and documentation accuracy
Qualifications
Required:
- 1 years pediatric or primary care experience (3 preferred for MA II)
- Working knowledge of athenahealth
- Experience with Weave or similar patient communication platform
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable attendance and strong organizational skills
Preferred:
- CMA or RMA certification
- Experience in high-volume pediatric setting
