**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet guests warmly and provide them with prompt and courteous service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and convey them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, and be able to make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Ensure all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before being delivered to guests.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously, resolving issues where possible or escalating them to management if necessary.
- Prepare checks and process payments, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Collaborate with other serving staff and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of the dining experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, ensuring tables are set up properly before guests are seated.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health and safety guidelines.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
