The primary goal of the Pool Attendant is to ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests at our hotel pool. The Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining poolside cleanliness, enforcing safety guidelines, assisting guests with their needs, and providing excellent customer service.

Will work within our atrium pool. Individual can expect to work in an outdoor environment during the summer months and a climate controlled environment during the winter months.

- Will serve as the face of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
- A successful candidate supports our brand by providing our guests with exceptional customer service.
- Must be willing to greet our guests with a smile and in a hospitable, friendly, and professional manner.
- Greet guests in a friendly manner, provide towels, and assist with seating arrangements.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure guest safety, enforce pool rules, and report any hazardous conditions to security.
- Responsible for completing the daily chlorine content log as required by health standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas, including wiping down loungers, collecting used towels, and emptying trash bins.
- Distribute and collect towels, restock pool supplies, and ensure lounge chairs are properly arranged.
- Be prepared to assist in case of emergencies, such as providing CPR or first aid if certified, and promptly alerting emergency personnel.
- Answer guest inquiries regarding pool hours, hotel amenities, and other services.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and health codes.

- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Have the ability to connect with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner.
- One should have a sense of urgency.
- Must demonstrate time management abilities.
- Proficient at detail and multitasking.
- Possess strong oral communication skills.
- Ability to reason and use strong judgment skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
