This is a full-time non-exempt position with expectation to work necessary business hours to ensure business needs are met during the operation of the Maintenance Department.

- Responsible for maintaining and upkeep of the physical grounds of the hotel including parking lot and courtyard.
- Responsible for cutting grass and watering flowers.
- Perform daily inspection of physical grounds and equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean grounds including; sweeping curbs, cleaning parking lot and courtyard.
- Must be proficient with a variety of grounds keeping tools and equipment, such as lawn mowers, leaf blowers, etc.
- Responds in a courteous manner to all guest questions, requests, and complaints.
- Ability to plan for, focus on, and complete tasks on time.
- Extremely task oriented with high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Strong follow through on delegated tasks and assignments.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems independently.
- Ability to work at a faster than average pace.
- Zero to two years of experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping preferred.
