As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing hotel revenue by developing new business, strengthening existing partnerships, and positioning the hotel as the preferred choice for corporate travelers, groups, and local organizations.

Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and market share.
• Prospect and build relationships with corporate accounts, local businesses, government organizations, and community partners.
• Conduct outside sales calls, client visits, networking activities, and property tours.
• Identify new opportunities and convert leads into confirmed business.
• Manage and grow assigned accounts through consistent communication and exceptional service.
• Create proposals, negotiate agreements, and close business opportunities.
• Partner with hotel leadership and operations teams to ensure outstanding guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate sales activity, account information, and revenue forecasts.
• Stay connected with local market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at community events, industry functions, and networking opportunities.
