Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using hotel management software
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy in the system
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues promptly
- Assist with night audit procedures when required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
- Support guest relations by offering local information, amenities, and personalized service
- Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all guests
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills highly desirable to assist diverse guest populations
- Strong customer service skills with excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel management practices, guest services, and resort operations preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed for part-time shifts
