The Crowne Plaza Columbus North - Worthington, one of the largest full service premium luxury properties in the Columbus area, is seeking dedicated, customer service oriented hospitality professionals for first shift (7AM-3PM) and second shift (3PM-11PM).

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
- Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns efficiently and courteously
- Process payments accurately and manage room assignments
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
- Follow all brand and property standards for guest service and safety
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar) a plus (Opera preferred)
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
