At Crowne Plaza Charleston Airport, our shuttle drivers are often the first and last team members guests interact with. We’re looking for someone dependable, personable, organized, and calm under pressure — someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly.
This position combines airport shuttle driving with light guest services support, including maintaining our Marketplace and keeping inventory organized behind the scenes.
Primary Responsibilities
· Safely transport guests to and from Charleston International Airport in a timely manner
· Provide transportation to nearby destinations and approved local areas
· Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and local knowledge
· Assist guests with luggage as needed
· Maintain a clean, fueled, and guest-ready shuttle
· Support smooth lobby flow during peak arrival periods
· Restock the Marketplace before high check-in volume times
· Maintain an organized inventory storage closet
· Support Front Desk and Guest Services operations when needed
· Communicate clearly with the Front Desk regarding guest arrivals and transportation needs
What We’re Looking For
· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
· Friendly, dependable, and guest-focused attitude
· Strong organization and time management skills
· Ability to lift and stock inventory items
· Professional communication and appearance
· Hotel, transportation, or customer service experience preferred
Compensation
$13–$15 per hour tips
Up to $4,000 per month based on occupancy, airline crews, guest volume, and service performance.

Requirements
Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Drivers License
- Good driving record
- Minimum age = 21
- Must be able to lift 20 pounds on a consistent basis
- Flexibility in work shifts
- Excellent organization skills
- Read and speak English
- Ability to follow instructions
