- Supervising Experience (Preferred)
- Supervises the day-to-day functions of CNAs and nursing staff services, implementing and maintaining a quality assurance program
- Medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from the pharmacy, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
- Managing all aspects of the care plan process
