Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Med Nurse

Qualifications
- LPN License or Temporary PN License
- Must pass background and drug screen
Essential Job Functions
- Responsibilities of this position include medication administration, computer documentation including assessment of resident's current status, observation and reporting of any change in resident's status to MD/sponsors as necessary, ordering medications from pharmacy, supervision of CNA staff, wound care, collecting and processing lab samples.
