Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, located in Valparaiso, IN. The Service Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. Daily tasks include conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, and complying with EPA regulations. The technician will also provide expertise to ensure comfort and efficiency in homes and businesses.
Qualifications
- Skills in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair of HVAC systems
- Experience in Preventive Maintenance and following EPA regulations
- Strong customer satisfaction and service skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in HVAC technology preferred
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally for service calls
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
