Management Support Solutions, LLC is conducting a search to find a General Manager - Preformed Thermoplastic, for Crown USA, Inc.
SUMMARY
Crown USA, Inc. is searching for a General Manager – Preformed Thermoplastic to join their team. This is a new position. The General Manager will provide full P&L, operational, sales, and strategic leadership of Crown USA’s Preformed Thermoplastic Division. The GM is accountable for financial performance, market growth, operational excellence, and team development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to manage and grow an $8M business to $16M and beyond in 4 years.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing team. Lead the division’s strategic direction and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Manage divisional P&L; deliver revenue growth; profitability; and cost control all while maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare and manage budgets, reports, and KPIs to drive informed decision-making.
- Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, and production operations with emphasis on safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement processes (e.g., lean, 5S, Kaizen).
- Ensure that manufacturing of products conforms to specified quality standards and tolerance as identified in the technical specification sheet.
- Drive business development, sales growth, and customer relationship management. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors.
- Identify product development and market expansion opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s degree is an added plus. MBA preferred.
- 8 to 10 years of senior leadership in traffic coatings manufacturing (is preferred) or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and business growth.
- Strong operational management and process improvement expertise.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build organizational capability.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- This position requires infrequent travel, 10% to 20%.
- This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday. While weekend work is rare, occasional weekend activity may be required based on business needs.

Salary : $150,000 - $180,000
