Job Summary
Crown Trophy of Beaverton is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to help customers with custom awards, engraving, and apparel orders. This role involves greeting customers in-store, answering phones and emails, assisting with product selection, entering personalized engraving and apparel details accurately, and coordinating orders to ensure on-time completion. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, is organized, comfortable with computers, and pays close attention to details like names, spelling, and sizes. Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but training is provided. What You’ll Do
- Greet customers in-store and assist them with award and engraving needs.
- Answer phones and emails in a professional, friendly manner.
- Creatively assist customers in selecting trophies, plaques, medals, and custom products, that best fit their needs
- Enter and manage orders accurately in our system.
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure orders are completed correctly and on time.
- Assist in Social Media interactions with customers via Ads and product postings.
- Handle basic cashiering and point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
