Duties
- Lead and supervise all shop activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage workflow to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including parts ordering, stock control, and purchasing to ensure availability of necessary supplies.
- Handle customer interactions with professionalism, addressing inquiries, providing estimates, and resolving complaints promptly.
- Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge in automotive repair procedures.
- Cash handling, POS transactions, and store financial records accurately.
- Develop and monitor budgets to ensure profitability while controlling costs related to labor, parts, and supplies.
- Supervise inventory control processes including stock replenishment and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards at all times.
- Utilize management tools for sales management, retail math calculations (such as pricing strategies), and sales tracking.
- Foster a positive team environment through effective communication skills, leadership, and motivation techniques.
- Maintain organized documentation of shift reports, incident reports, service records, and other administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Automotive Experience.

- Valid drivers license.
- Sales Experience.
