Pay: $16.00/hour

- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and positive attitude
- Experience working with hand tools, forklifts, or cranes is a plus
About the Production Team Member Role
Crown Staffing is seeking dependable Production Team Members in Bardstown, KY. This is a hands-on manufacturing role working with decorative concrete products used in projects throughout the region. From small pavers to large retaining wall blocks, employees will play an important role in producing quality products that make a visible impact.
Key responsibilities include:
- Work with a team to safely demold concrete products using cranes and forklifts
- Assist with finishing work including troweling and smoothing concrete surfaces
- Support material flow and assist with daily production operations
- Perform a variety of hands-on production and manufacturing tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow company safety procedures and production guidelines
- Assist in additional duties as needed to support the production team
