Residential Coordinator - Aman New York

Role The Residential Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily residential operations and supporting the team in addressing owners’ and guests’ requests. Ensures the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and security are consistently upheld while demonstrating leadership, professionalism, and service excellence. This position is located at our Aman New York Property and has an hourly compensation rate of $31.29. Key Responsibilities At the direction of management, assist in the coordination of all services that promote the maintenance and upkeep of owner’s homes and values. Offer a warm, sincere, and personalized welcome to all residents. Develop relationships and communication with hotel outlets for the provision of all services to residents. Maintain an updated knowledge of all the particulars of the various outlets and building establishments as they pertain to residents (i.e. spa hours of operation, typical restaurant wait times, and prix fixe menu prices, etc.) in order to provide fast answers to relevant resident queries. Be proactive and anticipate the complete requirements to make the experience a success. Maintain a daily record (via software) of all requests, reservations and confirmations for residents. Be knowledgeable of all daily events in the hotel and all in-house and arriving residents. Handling and organizing resident keys. Arrange package delivery and pickup for residents. Sort, organize, and deliver U.S. mail and secure delivery of outside food orders to residences. Job Requirements Proficient in both written and spoken English Excellent overall communication skills Able to multi-task Able to work well in a team environment Able to stand for extended periods of time Must be professional and possess excellent presentation, communication, organization and effective time-management skills Must have very strong knowledge of the restaurants, bars, nightclubs, theatres, Broadway shows and attractions in New York City. Flexible schedules and hours, and willingness to work on weekends & holidays is required.
