Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dealer Support Manager at our Baltimore, MD location. The Dealer Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing and supporting dealer accounts, ensuring excellent customer service, managing order processing and fulfillment, and coordinating with design and production teams. Additional responsibilities include training dealers on products, troubleshooting issues, and developing strategies to enhance dealer satisfaction and sales performance.
