At Seasons and Crown Hospice, we believe hospice is more than a service - it's a sacred trust. We are seeking a compassionate LPN to join our hospice team FULL TIME (Monday-Friday) and make a lasting difference in the lives of patients and their families.
What you will do:
- Provide hands-on nursing care focused on comfort, symptom management, and quality of life.
- Support patients with empathy, clinical skills, and a listening heart.
- Collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care.
- Offer emotional support and education to families during end-of-life-journeys
What You Need:
- Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
- Hospice or home health experience preferred, but not required
- Deep compassion, strong communication skills, and a calming presence
- Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
- A heart for hospice and the desire to make a difference
