This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Advisor based in Hollywood, FL. The Leasing Advisor will be responsible for assisting prospective residents, handling lease administration, and fostering strong client relationships. Key responsibilities include conducting property tours, responding to inquiries, negotiating leases, and maintaining compliance with property policies. The Leasing Advisor will also collaborate with the sales and property management teams to support overall property goals.

• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to interact effectively with current and prospective residents
• Proficiency in Lease Administration and related documentation
• Experience in Sales and a proven ability to meet leasing targets
• Knowledge or background in Real Estate is highly beneficial
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong time management skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education in real estate, leasing, or a related field is a plus
