Role Description The Assistant Property Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Hallandale Beach, FL, supporting the overall management and performance of a multi-family residential property. This role assists with daily operations, including coordination of maintenance and facility services, oversight of vendor activities, and support for leasing and resident retention initiatives. The Assistant Property Director helps monitor budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports to ensure financial targets and property performance goals are met. Daily tasks also include responding to resident inquiries, resolving service issues, and maintaining high standards of customer service and community appearance. The role collaborates closely with the Property Director and onsite team to implement company policies, uphold compliance, and contribute to marketing and occupancy strategies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management to support leasing activities, asset performance, and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) to coordinate maintenance, oversee vendors, and ensure building systems and common areas are well maintained.
