Crown Point Health Suites is seeking PRN Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our floor team. We are currently filling scheduling gaps for full 12-hour shifts and targeted 6pm-10pm evening time blocks.
Our floor team relies on clear communication to handle shift hand-offs smoothly. Nurses here work together to keep supplies stocked and resident care moving without interruption. This PRN role provides critical backup during peak hours to ensure the floor remains balanced and supported.
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
- Pay Rates: LVN: Starting at $30/hour | RN: Starting at $35/hour. Rates increase based on professional experience.
- Schedule: PRN. Available shifts include full 12-hour blocks or a 6pm-10pm evening coverage slot.
- Benefits: PRN positions are not eligible for the standard full-time benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician protocols.
- Coordinate with shift peers to maintain a steady floor workflow.
- Document clinical updates accurately before clocking out.
- Respond to resident needs and assist floor staff during busy evening windows.
Atmosphere & Environment
The facility is a 108-bed environment located at 6640 Iola Ave in Lubbock. Hallways and supply rooms are organized logically to reduce transit time for floor staff. The local team focuses on practical cooperation to ensure PRN personnel can step in and contribute immediately.
Qualifications
- Active Texas licensure as an LVN or RN.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening.
- Must have reliable transportation for dependable attendance.
