Responsibilities:
Deliver nursing care and treatment in accordance with care plans
Supervise nursing assistants and delegate appropriate tasks
Accurately document all care, medications, and changes in condition
Admit, discharge, and transfer residents following facility protocols
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
Collaborate with physicians, staff, and families to ensure quality care
Participate in training, meetings, and facility inspections
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana RN license (Required)
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong communication and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move and lift residents/equipment as needed
Must be able to speak and understand English
Must be emotionally and physically capable of managing the demands of direct patient care
Work Schedule:
Full-time and part-time shifts available
Includes weekends and holidays as needed
