What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Clerk position at Crown Paint Co.?
Crown Paint is looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk. The Accounting Clerk reports to the Accounting and Office management and is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support. This includes, but is not limited to; accurately monitoring and processing vendor invoices, processing vendor payments using check runs and electronic fund transfers, accurately monitoring and recording customer payments, customer account collection work as needed, and general accounting record keeping.
Key duties/responsibilities:
· Processing vendor invoices
· Processing vendor payments via check and electronic fund transfers
· Processing and recording customer payments
· Processing monthly customer statements and completing collections work as needed
· Assist Accounting Management in month and year end processes as requested
· Communicate and coordinate effectively with Accounting and Office management

Qualifications:
Favorable Background Results
Accredited accounting diploma or previous accounting experience
Wage is $18 hour
Monday – Friday / 9am – 4pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
