Production Support SpecialistPOOL
Overall Objective: Maintain open orders and communicate with the customer
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Release orders in Agility
- Perform Macola Basic-Inventory/Production Order/Order Entry
- Assist other personnel if an overload exists or a customer requests additional work be completed
- Learn and utilize multiple software programs
- Work as a team player
- Professional customer service and phone skills
- Process various reports
- Troubleshoot/resolve any necessary issues
- Stay on task and focused
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Be flexible, able to swap between tasks and able to cover as needed (shifts or projects)
- Work overtime as required
- Able to sit/stand 8-10 hours and lift 25-50lbs as needed
- Must be able to bench/reach frequently as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions
- Must have excellent computer skills and accuracy
- Adaptability to different personalities
- Respond timely to emails
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
- Maintain filing and paperwork as required
- Follow all safety requirements
- Maintain positive relationships between departments
- No prior disciplinary action in the last 12 months
- Must have 6 or less attendance points
