Crown Pacific Fine Foods, a well-established specialty food distribution company is seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist for a fast-paced office environment that requires the ability to multi-task and get the job done.
Basic job duties:
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- PO Processing
- Weekly A/P check run
- Bank reconciliations
- Month-end close
- Financial tracking/reporting
Job Qualifications and Required Skills:
- 5 years experience in Accounting or as a Full charge Bookkeeper
- 4 year degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years formal college Accounting education
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Aptitude for numbers and detail-oriented
- Strong attention to detail
- 10 key by touch
- Good understanding of internal systems/operations and databases
- Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing an appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills
- Flexibility and an appreciation of a fast-moving work environment
This position reports directly to the Controller.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
