Triage Nurse/LPN for busy OB/Gyn office. Part-time and full-time positions available. Experience in OB/Gyn preferred.
Job Description
- Part-time position, average of 3 days per week.
- Full-time position, average 4-5 days per week.
- Book appointments as appropriate for patient’s signs and symptoms.
- Give advice as outlined in the triage guidelines and provider protocols.
- Initiate telephone encounters and route messages regarding patient’s condition to the appropriate provider.
- Provide follow-up care as needed.
- Provide notification of test results and communicate treatment plans.
- Document conversation with patients and providers in the electronic medical record.
- Coordinate appointments at outside facilities as ordered by the provider.
- Room patients, document encounter, vital signs and nursing notes in EMR.
- Complete nurse visits according to department standard.
- Prescription refills/new orders.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour
