We will pay for your training and state NMLS licensing for the right candidates. No mortgage experience? No problem. We’ll teach you the business from the ground up.
What You’ll Do:
- Build relationships with homebuyers, real estate agents, and referral partners
- Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to closing
- Develop and manage your own pipeline of business
- Deliver a high-level client experience that earns repeat and referral business
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent sales experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Competitive mindset with a drive to succeed
- Self-discipline and accountability
- Willingness to learn and be coached
