Responsibilities
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, including negotiations and disputes with opposing counsel
- Draft, review, and manage legal documentation and contracts

- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Support administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania law license required
