Job Posting: Sales & Service Operations CoordinatorCrown Mechanical Solutions is a national service and solutions provider specializing in material handling, conveyors, dock & door systems, and industrial mechanical support. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales & Service Operations Coordinator to support our sales and field service teams.Position OverviewThe Sales & Service Operations Coordinator is a key operational role responsible for dispatch coordination, sales and quoting support, parts procurement, preventive maintenance administration, and general office support. This role serves as a central communication hub between customers, technicians, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities·        Answer incoming calls and triage service requests·        Dispatch technicians and coordinate scheduling as needed·        Support sales staff by sourcing parts pricing and assisting with quote preparation and finalization·        Order parts and coordinate deliveries·        Own preventive maintenance (PM) purchase order receipt tracking, coordination, and scheduling·        Follow up on aging quotes to support timely close-out·        Assist the Office Manager with operational and administrative tasks, including potential AP, AR, inventory, or scheduling supportSchedule & Work Location• Full-time, hourly position (40 hours per week)• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.• Fully remote (work from home)• Reliable high-speed internet required• Minor travel required a few times per year for meetings and trainingCompensation & Benefits• Hourly pay: $31.25 per hour• Non-exempt, hourly position• Health, dental, and vision insurance – 100% employer-paid for employee• Paid Time Off:  – Two (2) weeks after 90 days of employment  – Three (3) weeks after one year• Phone stipend or company-provided work phoneQualifications·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills·        Professional phone and written communication skills·        Ability to prioritize service requests and manage multiple workflows·        Comfort working with sales teams, technicians, vendors, and customers·        Ability to work independently in a remote environmentCrown Mechanical Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
