You will manage a team of Sales Representatives and Business Developers selling linen and uniform rental programs to healthcare, hospitality, food service, and industrial customers.This is not just an office role – you'll spend significant time in the field, both developing your own key accounts and riding along with reps to coach, support, and close business.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives and Business DevelopersRecruit, onboard, and train new team members on Crown's products and rental programsWork in the field: joint sales calls, prospect visits, presentations, and plant/route toursOwn and help close strategic/new business opportunities in the territorySet and manage sales targets; review pipelines, activity, and results regularlyMonitor competitors, pricing, and market trends in the linen/uniform rental spacePartner with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service for new accountsUse CRM and reporting tools to forecast and track performanceWhat We're Looking ForB2B outside sales experience required; experience in commercial linen/uniform rental, industrial laundry, or route-based services strongly preferredPrior sales leadership or team lead experience (coaching reps, managing quotas)Proven record of meeting or exceeding new business targetsComfortable spending a large portion of time in the field with reps and customersStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel throughout ConnecticutIf you're a field-focused sales leader who understands service-based B2B selling and enjoys developing people while growing a territory, we'd love to talk.
