Crown Legacy is looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Sales and Marketing role. This role is ideal for those excited to build professional experience, work directly with people, and grow within a supportive, fast-moving environment. You will represent our clients in face-to-face settings, strengthen brand presence, and contribute to sales and outreach initiatives.

This is a fully onsite position. We are currently seeking local candidates who are available to start ASAP.

About the Role

We specialize in direct promotional marketing strategies that help brands connect directly with consumers. In this position, you will be responsible for generating new sales through direct marketing campaigns. You’ll gain sales and marketing experience by increasing brand visibility and supporting our clients' sales and promotional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive connections with customers
• Represent the brand through direct marketing and sales
• Learn and understand client products/services
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Support sales activities and lead-generation efforts
• Assist with brand promotions, product awareness, and marketing campaigns
• Generate leads and drive SALES

• Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with people in person
• Solid interpersonal abilities and an interest in leadership or team-oriented roles
• A high school diploma or equivalent; further education is beneficial
