About the Role:

The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate is a key member of our Customer Service and Sales Support team. This role requires a highly organized, self-motivated, and coachable individual who demonstrates a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-changing professional environment. You will play a vital role in supporting both customer service and sales operations while contributing to a cohesive, high-performing department.

Job Description:

The Customer Service & Sales Support Associate is a key member of our Customer Service and Sales Support team. This position is responsible for handling a wide range of customer-facing and administrative tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly. You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service for our clients while supporting sales processes and departmental efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to company-wide phone calls, emails, and customer service requests.
  • Provide sales support, including order entry, schedule, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the department manager, other customer service associates, and sales teams to build a cohesive and high performing department.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks such as invoice follow-up, payment collections, and resolving discrepancies.
  • Support other office functions and projects as needed, contributing to positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems, ensuring compliance with procedures and policies.

Qualification & Skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs. and perform physical task as required.
  • Able to sit and work in a computer for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact positively with customers and colleagues.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Demonstrates a natural sense of urgency and the ability to identify and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  • Growth- oriented, open to learning new processes, systems, and skills.

Technology Skills:

  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office products, including calendar management.
  • Experienced with multi-line phone systems and standard office equipment.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software programs, such as EZ Shred, to support business operations.
