What You'll Do
- Support agent success and day-to-day business growth
- Review contracts, listings, and brokerage documents
- Ensure compliance and continuing education standards
- Handle escalated agent and transaction issues
- Actively sell real estate (Highly encouraged!)
- Base pay performance-based incentives
