We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerical Support staff member. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, including scheduling, data entry, and other clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail. We are looking for someone who is reliable and can work independently with minimal supervision.
***MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF HOME HEALTH OFFICE EXPERIENCE***
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems.
- Organize and maintain office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and meetings.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Perform data entry tasks.
- Medical Records
- Assist with special projects as needed.
