Palletizer Operator/General Laborer 1st Shift

Crown Cork & Seal USA, a global metal packaging company is looking for a1st shift Palletizer ($20.42 an hour) at our plant in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Fully funded employer benefits which means free medical, dental, vision and prescription coverage for the employee.

Job Responsibilities Palletizer

• Operate Palletizer and Strapper equipment.
• Perform visual checks of finished goods.
• Remove damaged and/or suspect finished goods from palletizer and report same to Supervision, Production Line Mechanic and Quality Control Checker.
• Utilize proper packaging materials (chipboard, top frames and pallets) as required.
• Verify and place proper pallet tags on finished goods.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safety - keep work area clean.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to stand continuously for more that 8 hours per shift
• Must be able to walk, lift/carry up to 50 lbs on occasion
• Must be able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
• Must be able to twist at the waist and ben bend repetitively
• This position may also require climbing or balancing
• Must be able to work up to 12 hours shifts, both day and evening
