As a key member of our Corporate Finance team at our Global Headquarters in Tampa, the OneStream Administrator will work closely with our Divisional Accounting and IT groups as well as our Global Sustainability team to ensure seamless reporting and data accuracy over the OneStream global financial reporting application.

Job Description
As a key member of our Corporate Finance team at our Global Headquarters in Tampa, the OneStream Administrator will work closely with our Divisional Accounting and IT groups as well as our Global Sustainability team to ensure seamless reporting and data accuracy over the OneStream global financial reporting application.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support & Ticketing
- Serve as a primary point of contact for OneStream-related support requests through the organization’s ticketing system
- Triage, analyze, and resolve user issues related to data loads, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security
- Support GAAP reporting users by resolving issues impacting financial statements and management reporting
- Escalate complex issues to senior administrators or external consultants as needed
- Track issues through resolution and communicate status clearly to stakeholders
- OneStream Administration
- Administer and support OneStream applications, including dimensions, hierarchies, metadata, and security
- Assist with user access, roles, and profiles to support GAAP reporting requirements
- Support chart of accounts, legal entity structures, and reporting rollups used for external and management reporting
- Monitor application performance and assist with optimization efforts
- Data Integration & Transformation
- Support and troubleshoot data loads from ERPs and other source systems into OneStream
- Build, maintain, and support Transformation Rules, including mappings, logic, and validations aligned with GAAP reporting
- Perform data reconciliations between source systems, OneStream, and GAAP financial statements
- Functional Knowledge & Financial Processes
- Apply a strong understanding of OneStream core functionality, including cubes, workflows, dashboards, and reports
- Support GAAP-based consolidation processes, including eliminations, intercompany, and currency translation
- Assist with month-end close, forecast, and budget cycles by ensuring system readiness and data accuracy
- Testing, Controls & Documentation
- Participate in testing of enhancements, new builds, and patches in non-production environments
- Validate system changes to ensure continued alignment with GAAP reporting and internal controls
- Document configurations, processes, and recurring issues for audit, SOX, and knowledge-sharing purposes
- Follow established change management and SDLC practices
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Accounting and Finance teams to support GAAP reporting needs and ongoing system enhancements
- Support internal and external audit requests related to OneStream processes and reporting outputs
- Apply OneStream best practices and continuously improve system support processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on OneStream experience in an administrator, analyst, or support role
- Working knowledge of GAAP financial reporting and consolidation concepts
- Experience supporting financial systems through a ticketing or application support model
- Familiarity with data integrations, transformation rules, and reconciliation processes
- Experience supporting month-end close in a GAAP reporting environment including consolidations, eliminations, and intercompany accounting in OneStream
- Exposure to SQL, relational databases, or financial data models
- OneStream Administrator or related certification
- Proactive self-starter with continuous system and process enhancement
- Analytical mindset with strong troubleshooting skills
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Effective communication with accounting, finance, and technical stakeholders
