We are seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our exceptional team and provide outstanding patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Wright Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state licensure and facility guidelines.
• Monitor and document patient progress, vital signs, and changes in condition.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to create individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
• Ensure all care complies with healthcare regulations, standards of practice, and facility policies.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

For LPNs:

• Current LPN license in the state.
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical and medication administration skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  
  
  

For RNs:

• Current RN license in the state.
• Previous nursing experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong clinical knowledge and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  
  
  

For Both Roles:

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
