Qualifications
Required:
- Minimum 2 years of marketing leadership experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
- Demonstrated success in driving census growth and improving payer mix
- Strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care networks
- Proven ability to manage referral pipelines, CRMs, and census reporting
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Highly accountable, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Own and execute the facility’s census growth strategy, with clear weekly and monthly targets
- Build, maintain, and expand high-producing hospital and managed care referral relationships

- Identify census barriers and implement corrective action plans immediately
