About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced exterior sales professionals who want to establish themselves now and step into a Field Leader or Sales Manager role by April 1.
This role begins with learning our straightforward sales and order submission systems. Leadership follows mastery. During the winter months, you will stay active by building your pipeline through targeted marketing efforts, including realtor outreach, trade shows, and homeowner consultations.
By spring, you will have the option to step into a leadership role mentoring and supporting new sales reps entering the industry, or maintain flexibility and focus on selling as a Senior Sales Representative, within a proven and well-supported system.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners to assess exterior needs including roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and decks
- Provide professional inspections and accurate estimates using digital tools (iPad provided)
- Participate in winter marketing campaigns, realtor outreach, and trade events
- Collaborate with our in-house production team for smooth project execution
- Support and mentor developing reps while preparing to lead a team in 2026
- Focus on sales and customer relationships while production, scheduling, and ordering are handled for you
