We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our warehouse team as an Order Picker. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position where accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail are essential. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked correctly and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists and handheld scanners
• Verify product numbers, quantities, and locations before completing each order
• Stage completed orders for packing and shipping
• Maintain productivity while meeting accuracy and quality standards
• Restock picking locations as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse organization
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or missing items to supervisors
• Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipment
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is preferred, but not required
• Experience using RF scanners is a plus
• Cherry picker and forklift experience are a plus
