Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. Careers is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team in Faribault, Minnesota. As a key member of our Closures, Aerosol & Promotional Packaging (CAPP) Division, you will be responsible for monitoring aerosol cans through the packaging process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections by observing cans for scratches, dents, dirt, grease, mis-assembly or broken chunks.
- Refill hoppers with frames and chipboard.
- Label pallets appropriately.
- Sort through inventory to determine quality of product and reject those that do not meet Crown standards.
- Operate a control panel and manual handle to advance layers of cans as needed.
- Use and interact with production and inventory computer system.
- Refill banding spools and stretch wrap as needed.
- Clean and maintain equipment and maintain good housekeeping.
- Cross-train with various departments to develop a diverse skillset.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Follow safety rules.

- Aerosol Packaging: We manufacture cans and ends for manufacturers of personal care, food, household and industrial products. We offer our customers a broad range of products including multiple sizes, color schemes and shaped packaging.
- Promotional and Specialty Packaging: We manufacture a wide array of decorative containers with numerous lid and closure variations.
