Working with critical systems including powertrain, brakes, steering, suspension, fuel, air conditioning, and system electronics. Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Lunch Between Noon to 1:00 PM
Saturdays and Overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Specify and Install OEM vehicle Components
- Specify and Install Aftermarket Performance Components
- Diagnose Root Cause vehicle problems or faults
- Test drive vehicles to reproduce and evaluate customer concerns
- Perform standard maintenance on factory recommended intervals
- Provide aftermarket maintenance services to extend the life of worn assemblies
- Perform inspections and make recommendations for repairs
- Perform repairs according to approved procedures
- Install aftermarket performance components (Brakes, Suspension, Steering, Powertrain)
- Keep a clean and orderly work station
- Assist in shop maintenance and cleaning as required
- Keep up with industry trends through continued education
- Maintain business paperwork for client projects and the company
- High School Diploma/GED preferred
- ASE certification or completion of an automotive technical program strongly preferred
- 3 or more years of experience working on motor vehicles or other shop setting
- A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude with automotive mechanic work history
- Electrical diagnostic skills for basic electrical systems
- Shop equipment is provided, but you must supply your own hand tools
- Previous experience working in a performance or dealer service center
- Familiarity with part lookup and installation processes for products
- Welding and metal-working experience desired but not necessary
- Commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing job training
- Clean driving record with no accidents or DUI convictions
- Ability to move and operate auto repair equipment
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail, knowledge of safety practices
- Ability to complete projects within a deadline
- Self motivation with a focus on delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Willingness gain necessary training by participating in seminars and classes
- Flexibility to learn quickly in a fast-growing environment with aggressive timelines
- Ability to lift 40 lbs without aid
- Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- OEM Service Tools (AllData or equivalent)
