Crown Cleaning is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and positive person to join our growing team as a Part-Time Residential Cleaning Technician!

This position will begin at approximately 10–15 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional hours and more independent work as you become trained and our team continues to grow.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you'll help care for our clients' homes while following Crown Cleaning's standards and cleaning procedures.

Responsibilities may include:

• Dusting and wiping surfaces throughout the home
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
• Cleaning mirrors and other glass surfaces
• Removing trash and replacing liners
• Performing detailed cleaning during deep cleans and recurring services
• Using cleaning products, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
• Caring for clients' homes and belongings with respect
• Keeping cleaning supplies and equipment clean and organized
• Managing your time effectively while maintaining high-quality work
• Communicating professionally and kindly with clients and team members
• Following Crown Cleaning's cleaning checklists and quality standards

• Able to reliably travel between clients' homes throughout the Des Moines metro area

Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial experience is helpful, but not required. Hands-on paid training will be provided.

Schedule & Pay

• Part-time
• Approximately 10–15 hours per week to start
• Primarily daytime weekday hours
• Occasional Saturday availability may be needed
• Starting pay: $18/hour
• Paid training
• Opportunity for additional hours as the position grows
• Opportunity to take on more independent cleaning assignments once fully trained
