Role
The Sr. NOC Analyst will oversee the configuration, layout, and maintenance of the entire network. This person will also analyze, supply feedback, look for trends and provide additional technical support to the Network Control Center. The Sr. NOC Analyst will also research and evaluate the network through our NMS tool and recommend needs where applicable. This role will also include interaction with our customer base to provide support, status and direction to ongoing initiatives. The Sr. NOC Analyst will need to be well versed with the administration of a heterogeneous network across multiple platforms. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with internal departments, external vendors and the NOC team to coordinate corrective actions, resolve issues, provide documentation as well as metrics of the performance within our deployed infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University in computer science or related area required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.

The pay range offered for this position is $37.07 - $50.96 per hour. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly investigate and analyze Crown Castle Fiber infrastructure to determine root cause of service impairments.
- Plan, validate, and execute corrective measures on Crown Castle Fiber Optical and Data network in a timely fashion, meeting or exceeding SLA guidelines.
- Ensure internal teams and leadership receive clear and concise ticket updates with regularity.
- Provide peer-to-peer support for both Network Analysts & NOC Technicians.
- Demonstrate proficient handling of Crown Castle Monitoring Systems (Netcool) to quickly identify and repair network events.
- Draft (and conduct) change management events as needed following troubleshooting of the Crown Castle network.
- Strong understanding of server administration and data center operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to maintaining accurate network documentation.
- A strong sense of ownership and dedication to ensuring customer network stability and reliability.
