Position Title: Real Estate Specialist I/II/III (P1, P2, P3)
Role
Execute and deliver on the day-to-day Real Estate Operations activities in accordance with Crown Castle objectives. Responsible for supporting a team on the following: real estate projects, correspondence, various administration tasks, tracking project deliverables, dates and monitoring deadlines. Update data in an accurate and timely fashion, provide regular and timely reports highlighting variances as they arise while consistently demonstrating the following core competencies:

Where You Will Work
This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation
The pay range offered for this position is $53,400 - $100,000 per year A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.

- Provides additional administrative support as required.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Associate’s Degree (AA) required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) preferred
- Three (3) years of relevant real estate experience
- Wireless industry experience preferred but not required
- Knowledge of real estate development process, site acquisition, zoning, permitting, etc. preferred
- Ability to solve problems, provide solutions, and quickly respond to customers
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
- Basic comprehension of real estate contracts, agreements and due diligence items
