About The Role
As the Director of Contract Development, you will be responsible for leading the contract development process to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial negotiation and to document execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, sales, and project management, to develop and implement contract strategies that align with business objectives.

This role falls into our current hybrid work model, which is 2-days remote and 3-days in the office. To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, starting 07/06/2026 we will move to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

The salary range offered for this position is $164700 - $226500 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.

About The Role
As the Director of Contract Development, you will be responsible for leading the contract development process to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction. What You Will Do
- Create contract processes that enable ease, speed and predictability
- Champion the introduction and enhancement of technology solutions to maximize the efficiency of the department and achievement of business goals and objectives
- Ensure operational excellence by owning and driving the leasing process
- Identify and implement opportunities to streamline processes reduce manual intervention
- Ensure alignment between commercial and customer needs to meet objectives especially when interests conflict
- Proven experience in contract development, negotiation, and management, preferably within the wireless infrastructure or telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of contract processes, commercial terms, and legal principles related to contract drafting and negotiation
- Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing contract development tools or technologies to improve drafting efficiency, governance, and compliance
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, decision-making, and problem-solving
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive results through accountability to align contract development activities with overall business objectives
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in law, business administration, or a related field required
- Advanced degree Preferred
- 10 years of experience in contract development roles, preferably within the telecommunications industry required
- 5 years of experience leading and developing teams
