You'll be great to join our CNA-Certified Nursing Assistant team because you have:
- Must have a current Missouri- MO CNA
CNA- Certified Nursing Assistant - Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
- You encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
- You create a safe environment where residents can thrive
- Maintain medical records and written documentation assuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
- Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas. Feed or assist any resident as needed.
- Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse's aides, making sure they are assisting and caring for residents appropriately. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow-up to ensure correction of any problems found.
