Warehouse Attendant
Location: Pompano Beach
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Start Time: 7:00 AM

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Attendant to support our warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, keeping our facility clean and organized, assisting with material deliveries, and ensuring materials are available when needed. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming and outgoing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report missing, damaged, or lost materials.
- Prepare, package, label, and organize materials for shipment and delivery.
- Scan and track materials to ensure accurate distribution.
- Deliver materials to jobsites as directed by management.
- Assist with ordering materials and warehouse maintenance supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse through sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and general housekeeping.
- Inspect the facility for minor maintenance needs and report larger issues to management.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance and weather-related clean-up efforts.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Assist with training new warehouse personnel.
- Follow all company safety procedures and policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
- Ability to report to work no later than 7:00 AM each workday.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations, cleaning procedures, and facility maintenance preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
