Crown Collision Center in St. Petersburg is hiring a Receptionist to answer incoming calls, welcome visitors and handle day-to-day transactions at our busy location!

Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Accepting Payments for services and products
- Contacting customers with updates on repairs of their vehicle
- Opening internal tickets for repair jobs
- Preparing salvage yard paperwork
- Assisting estimators as needed
- Performing other clerical duties as needed
- Attending meetings, complying with company policies and performing other duties as needed
The right candidate for this job will have the following:
- Minimum six (6) months basic office experience or receptionist experience
- Office/Receptionist experience in a Body Shop/Collision Shop is HIGHLY preferred, will train the right candidate!
- Fast-paced office - MUST be able to handle high volume
- Clear, pleasant and professional voice, manner and appearance
- Basic typing, calculator, computer skills along with other basic office skills
- Basic math skills along with the ability to follow and carry out written/oral instructions
- Ability to deal with problems by handling them as instructed/trained
- Current FL Driver’s License and ability to meet U.S. employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements - includes background and drug-screen
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a PLUS!
